LJE enjoys a broad base of construction services experience in the Chicago area. LJE has the capability to provide CM services on a broad variety of project types and sizes due to the expertise and experience that comprises our firm. LJE has provided Design, Construction Management, Professional Architecture and Engineering Services, as well as General Contracting Services for a variety of Chicago's Landmark and smaller projects. We have established, long-term relationships with many of Chicago's major Engineering firms, architectural firms, and agencies. Our principals and Senior project staff enjoy excellent reputations with these firms and with many of the public agencies we have provided Services. LJE is certified as an MBE and/or DBE with Chicago, Metra, IDOT, CTA, PACE, & COOK COUNTY. With a workforce that ranges from 29 to 55, LJE has the capacity to take on complex assignments and deliver client satisfaction. LJE is signatory to the construction trade unions necessary to perform its major contruction management projects: Carpenters, Operators, Laborers, Technical Engineers Division of Local 130, and the Painters.
