(“LJE”) provided a complete range of consulting services during both Preconstruction and Construction phases for City Colleges of Chicago renovation of the new culinary institute class/laboratory at South Shore Cultural Center. Renovation included converting a vacant 3rd floor and 4th floor space; and remodeling an existing ground floor for new dining services.
